3. Choosing Language

• Select from 20 available languages
• Choose the language you're most comfortable with
• The explanation will be in simple, jargon-free language

4. Payment

• ₹3 per page
• Secure payment via Third party payment gateway (UPI, cards, wallets accepted)
• Preview available before payment

5. Getting Your Explanation

• AI explanation appears instantly after payment
• Optionally receive a copy via email
• You can explain another report immediately

Text extraction failed or is inaccurate?

• Ensure images are clear and well-lit
• Avoid handwritten reports (use typed/printed reports)
• Try re-uploading with better quality images

Payment failed?

• Check your internet connection
• Verify your payment details
• Try a different payment method
• Contact your bank if card is declined
• You can retry payment without re-uploading

Didn't receive email?

• Check your spam/junk folder
• Verify you entered the correct email address
• Email delivery may take 2-5 minutes
