You are eligible for a full refund if:
- The AI explanation failed to generate due to technical issues
- The text extraction was completely inaccurate (more than 50% errors)
- You did not receive the service within the promised timeframe
- You are not satisfied with the service (within 7 days)
You are NOT eligible for a refund if:
- You uploaded unclear, blurry, or illegible images
- The report was in a language not supported by our OCR
- You simply changed your mind after receiving the explanation
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
SecondO - Medical Second Opinion
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- The radiologist review was not delivered within the promised timeframe (24-48 hours)
- Technical issues prevented you from receiving the review
- The review was incomplete or did not address your uploaded scans
- You are not satisfied with the service (within 7 days)
You are NOT eligible for a refund if:
- You disagree with the radiologist's medical opinion (second opinions may vary)
- You uploaded incomplete or corrupted DICOM files
- More than 7 days have passed since receiving the review
- You used the review for consultation with your doctor (service was delivered)
2. Refund Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at support@redplusai.com with:
- Your order/payment ID
- Reason for refund request
- Any relevant screenshots or details
Step 2: Review (1-2 Business Days)
Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
Step 3: Refund Processing (5-7 Business Days)
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3. Refund Timeline
- UPI/Wallets: 2-3 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
Note: Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider. RedPlusAI initiates the refund immediately upon approval, but your bank may take additional time to credit your account.
4. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:
- If only some pages of a multi-page ReportE report had extraction errors
- If a SecondO review was delayed but eventually delivered
- At our discretion for extenuating circumstances
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Services used more than 7 days ago
- Promotional or discounted services (unless technically defective)
- Services where you violated our Terms of Service
6. Cancellations
ReportE:
Since ReportE provides instant AI explanations, cancellations are not possible after payment is processed and the explanation is generated.
SecondO:
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if:
- The radiologist has not yet started reviewing your scans
- You notify us within 2 hours of payment
Once the review process has begun, cancellations are not possible, but you may still request a refund within 7 days if unsatisfied.
7. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues:
- Contact us immediately at support@redplusai.com
- We will attempt to resolve the issue first
- If the issue cannot be resolved, you will receive a full refund
8. Fraudulent Transactions
If we suspect fraudulent activity:
- We reserve the right to refuse or reverse transactions
- Accounts may be suspended pending investigation
- Legitimate users will be refunded in full
